Roles within geotechnical that we can confidently source successfully are Drillers, both Rotary and Cable Percussion, Site Staff, including lead Drillers, Project Managers, Insitu Testing Candidates, Other Engineering candidates and various Geologists and also Laboratory Employees.

Administrator

We are working with a public sector organisation who urgently needs to appoint a confident Administration Officer.

Substantial experience of working in an administrative environment is essential to this role.

  • Strong secretarial keyboard skills
  • Previous minute taking experience
  • Experience of working in public sector preferable
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience of liaising with multi agencies or similar would be a strong advantage
  • An understanding of social care and support services would be very transferable e.g Vulnerable adults, child support, hospital discharges/admissions
  • Extensively skilled in the use of  Microsoft office software packages and equipment
  • Ability to produce a range of documents and reports to a high standard
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to delegate tasks as appropriate
  • Ability to process information and data to strict deadlines
  • Ability to establish good working relationships at all levels

We are currently supporting a public sector organisation who urgently need to increase their Senior Care Assistant manpower in their residential homes. Initially a temporary contract your position but may become permanent.

All of the workplaces will be on site, no community or home care is required.

  • To work within the residential care unit providing support for the users
  • Assist residents in the home to maintain their independence and assist as and when required
  • Be-able to offer personal support to residents that need this – i.e; washing, bathing, dressing etc
  • Offer friendly and supportive conversation at this very challenging time
  • Liaise and up-date management with residents needs and support

Good knowledge of health & safety within this environment

Desirable:

  • NVQ 2 in social care – or the willingness to undertake and work towards it.
  • First Aid knowledge is an advantage.
  • Possess Safe Moving & Handling Techniques.
  • Experience of looking after residents with dementia.

Essential:

  • Experience of working within a care home or residential home.
  • Experience of caring and supporting older clients.
  • Be-able to assist moving them safely and correctly.
  • Must be-able to read and understand basic care plans
  • Work as a team and have good communication skills.

Criteria:
