Joanna, or Jo as she is known has been an integral part of the growth of Big Fish Little Fish for the past 7 years. Having been friends since school, the trust and support Jo has given to Claire over the years and through many changes within the business has been invaluable. Jo looks after the automotive, engineering and geotechnical divisions – Jo possesses a strong engineering background, enjoys working with the clients and can confidently source the correct person, she is also very candidate driven and ensures their skills match that of the client recruiting. Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Desk
Cheryl heads the successful Temporary Division of Big Fish Little Fish. Cheryl is dedicated to sourcing the best candidates for any immediate or long-term opportunity. She ensures she matches any specific skills our client needs and offers a very professional and valued service. Cheryl regularly recruits within public sector clients, and is always able to meet what they need. She enjoys getting out to meet new clients, and really looks after all of her temporary workers. Cheryl has played a large part in getting the Temporary Recruitment to the current size, and we are also proud to advise she was recently shortlisted as a finalist for Business Person of the Year within the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber. Recruitment & Finance Officer
Louise has joined us as the Finance Officer and plays a vital part in ensuring the back office runs smoothly. Possessing a Law Degree and a lot of business knowledge, Louise is able to run all things not recruitment. Louise looks after the payroll, liaise and supports all our temporary workers with holiday and additional requests. She likes to be busy, excellent at implementing Processer and creating new beneficial systems for the rest of the team. Working closely with Cheryl to manage the administrative end of the temp desk. When Louise is not running the office at Big Fish Little Fish, you will find her running or climbing a mountain.
