Planning Coordinator – Fleet Operations
We are working with an extremely valued client who is a fleet maintenance provider based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Due to growth and securing a new key client they are now recruiting for an additional planner. We are wanting someone who has experience of scheduling, booking work in to be carried out and managing the technicians out in the field. Duties will be as follows;
- Scheduling and managing a new key client in terms of work flow, timescales and turnaround time.
- Loading bookings onto a bespoke system, liaising with key contacts.
- Planning journeys, routes daily.
- Updating stock and advising the end client of league times.
- Changing planned in work, amending and ordering parts.
This opportunity is very varied, it will ideally suit someone who has strong office skills, previous experience of scheduling and planning. Strong used of Microsoft 360 is a must, along with knowledge of 1-Link, an automotive system, this is an advantage although not essential. Excellent communication skills are a must, the ability to multi-task, manage own work-load.
The role is based on 40 hours, working Monday – Friday, out of our clients Addlington Offices, free parking readily available.
