We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work within the busy Sales Department in a Car Dealership in Sheffield.
With excellent IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office you will ensure there are systems and methods in all aspects of Sales Administration. Duties will include: raising invoices; taxing vehicles; updating the stock list; maintaining and updating effective transaction records; the timely and accurate processing of contracts; and effective manufacturer contact.
It is preferable that you have over 1 year’s previous experience of working in a busy Administration environment. Kerridge experience is a bonus. You will be assertive and approachable, you will be a team-player and a good communicator who can ensure that you are proactively aware of the needs of teams that you support. You must have good telephone skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise and organise own work-load daily is essential.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30am and the role is based near Attercliffe, Sheffield.
