Part time Receptionist Administrator
We are currently working with a public sector organisation who are eager to recruit 2 reception staff to work within contact centres, where children attend in order to see parents and support workers.
The role will be working on a busy reception desk, assisting with checking parents and visitors and also children in. Designating them to areas for meetings and family time. The role will also require scheduling visits, re-scheduling, dealing with cancelled appointments, booking people into the site.
Good office skills, excellent customer service skills and a very strong telephone manner is essential. Our client is eager to speak with all candidates who possess the right skills, especially anyone who has public sector experience.
The role will require a Standard DBS police check, this is something we can arrange if you do not already have one.
The working week is Monday – Friday – working office hours of 37 hours but your working 2/3 days/times to be discussed and agreed.
There is parking available, and the role will be based in Lupset in Wakefield.
