IT Helpdesk (1st Line)
Working as part of the technical team you will be providing support to a broad range of businesses throughout the region. Offering 1st line support- the successful person will be required to assist customers and carry out a range of system remedial and project work whilst making sure that all service level agreements are met. A lot of support will be carried out over the phone and remotely – site visits will happen from time to time.
The successful candidate will need experience of windows 2008-2012 server, VMWARE/Veeam, Microsoft Exchange including Microsoft 365, ADSL/ router and firewall configuration. VPN principles and set-up, along with possessing knowledge to improve and change router information.
Additionally, experience of disaster recovery, dealing with hardware problems from diagnosis through to resolution, will be an added advantage.
Our client works Monday – Friday, offering remote and out of office support.
