Customer Service Advisor –

 

  • All web based, email, Facebook and WhatsApp.
  • Live Chat.
  • Dealing with enquiries from the general public
  • Need to be able to communicate strongly on a written level.
  • Bike knowledge an advantage not essential.
  • Work 12-8pm and 9-5pm – no set pattern, works to suit the individual but will need to work both shifts.
  • Some Saturday and Sunday work – it is 9-5pm
  • 5 hours per week.
  • Pension, health scheme etc.

 

 

Ideal candidates would be someone who has previously worked in a Contact centre environment, good customer service experience. Needs to be confident using all Social Media and strong IT skills.

 

Due to location would probably need to drive.

 

£18 – £19K starting

Increase of £1,000 at 3 months – 6 months and then a further £2K at 12 months.

 

Bonus on overall success.
