Customer Contact Advisor

Great opportunity to be part of a growing company based within the Energy industry.
Must have previous call handling experience.
They are looking for someone to join their existing team and pick up the admin tasks as required but primarily to contact customers for feedback following installation of their energy products (replacement boiler, cavity wall insulation, solar panel etc). Checking if the customer was happy with the service provided. Logging any outstanding issues and escalating to senior staff. Keeping regular contact with customers throughout the complaints process if necessary. Liaising with Engineers and Installation staff if further appointments are needed. This role would suit someone who ideally enjoys repetitive tasks and a bonus would be if you have dealt with customer complaints in previous roles.
Due to remote location on Worksop outskirts you will need to drive
Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm. Hourly rate £9.48ph
Initially a temporary position but strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
