Compliance Administrator

We are currently working with a leading company in the area of car park management solutions. Our client is eager to recruit an outstanding Compliance Administrator to join their admin team.

In this role, the successful candidate will be ensuring performing the following tasks:

  • Our client’s operating standards are in line with defined car parking industry protocols, and effectively communicating all policy and procedural changes in line with changing industry standards
  • Analysing industry defined standards and regulations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as and when required and compiling regular reports to all levels of company management
  • Taking ownership of compliance matters, with accountability for the implementation of all relevant policies and procedures, including internal and external audit processes

This opportunity will suit adaptable and self motivated individuals, with the following skills and attributes:

  • Ideally with relevant experience of the parking industry and/or in a compliance related environment
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective organisational skills and confident and calm manner while resolving difficult situations
  • IT literacy and experience of MS Word and Excel and research via the internet
  • Good written numeracy and oral communication skills
  • Minimum GCSE level education or equivalent required, including English and Maths

Support will be provided to allow driven candidates to become experts in their role and to build a successful career within the company.

The role is based in our client’s offices in Sheffield Business Park, starting as a temporary position with the opportunity for the right candidate to go permanent after a few months. The working schedule will be Monday-Friday with about one Saturday a month (with a chosen day off in that same week). Shifts will be on a two week rota either 08:00-16:45 or 09:15-18:00 (including 1 hour break). Basic salary is currently £9.50 per hour.
