We are currently working with a leading company in the area of car park management solutions. Our client is eager to recruit an outstanding CCTV Processor to join their admin team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to CCTV footage. This will include reviewing and processing CCTV footage to record a contravention of the terms and conditions relevant to a site, performing quality assurance checks and uploading/downloading CCTV footage. The CCTV Processor will also be expected to manage, organize and update relevant data trackers using bespoke software and Microsoft applications (Excel and Word). In addition, general admin duties will be performed, along with liaising with other departments within the business and supporting projects and bespoke exercises.
This opportunity will suit adaptable and self motivated individuals, demonstrating high accuracy levels and excellent attention to detail, ideally with previous experience in an admin role.
In addition to an analytical mind and the ability to effectively identify and evaluate relevant information, the ability to work to deadlines while adapting quickly to new requirements will be expected. Computer literacy, with confidence using Microsoft Office and learning bespoke softwares and database systems will be essential. Furthermore, knowledge of PSS licence would be desirable.
Training will be provided to allow driven candidates to become experts in their role and to build a successful career within the company.
The role is based in our client’s offices in Sheffield Business Park, starting as a temporary position with the opportunity for the right candidate to go permanent after a few months. The working schedule will be Monday-Friday with about one Saturday a month (with a chosen day off in that same week). Shifts will be on a two week rota either 08:00-16:45 or 09:15-18:00 (including 1 hour break). Basic salary is currently £8.91 per hour.
